These Terms govern access to Vezha websites, products, markets, APIs, accounts, and related services. Vezha is operated by a Private Entrepreneur at 49000, 2 Pikhoty Korolia St., Dnipro, Ukraine.
Acceptance
By using Vezha, you confirm that you can enter into these Terms for yourself or for the organization you represent.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Vezha services.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and all activity under your account.
Vezha may suspend or restrict access when we detect security risk, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Markets, prices, and payments
Prices, availability, taxes, currencies, discounts, and commercial terms are set separately for each market or marketplace. They are not global and do not automatically apply to any other market.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, payment provider fees, and regulatory charges connected with your use of the services.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vezha for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, malware, spam, infringement, or activity that may damage Vezha infrastructure or reputation.
You keep ownership of your content, but grant Vezha the right to process it as needed to provide, secure, and improve the services.
Service availability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". Vezha does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, compatibility, commercial outcomes, or data retention beyond expressly agreed commitments.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, Vezha, its owners, contractors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or lost opportunity.
If liability cannot be fully excluded, Vezha aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid Vezha for the affected market during the one month before the event giving rise to the claim; if no amount was paid, liability is UAH 0 to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Vezha against losses, costs, and claims arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the services, or infringement of third-party rights.
Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ukraine unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
