When to use

The Incidents section is the central point of working with active and historical alerts in the cluster.

What is available

  • List of incidents with pagination and filters by status and server.
  • Acknowledge the incident without switching to external tools.
  • Detailed page with timeline of events and metrics around the incident.

Steps

  1. Open Incidents in the desired cluster.
  2. Filter only new/active entries or a specific server.
  3. Open incident details to analyze events and metrics.
  4. After starting work, execute acknowledge.

What to check

  • The incident has the correct severity, type and binding to the server/cluster.
  • The timeline shows the sequence of events without gaps.
  • After acknowledge, the status and confirmation time are updated.

Access control

The visibility of incidents is determined by the role in the cluster: the administrator sees the full volume, less privileged roles – limited.
