What it shows
INET TX, kbps in Vezha is displayed as net.tx_kib_s with reference to iface. This is a control of how much data the node is currently sending out.
Why it matters
Surges in outbound traffic are often associated with replication, backups, bulk API responses, or unusual activity. The metric gives an early signal when the channel is approaching the limit.
An example from practice
After enabling the new export, external traffic in the evening window consistently exceeded expectations. The team spread the task over time, and daytime peaks in the network returned to normal.
